Greener Developments consists of thirteen freehold lots. The lots vary in size depending on the location. (See Plans page)

Qu’Appelle Valley
John Nugent Studio - Shortly after his arrival in Lumsden in 1948, Montreal-born sculptor and chandler John Nugent established a studio and a bronze casting foundry on a 2.7 hectare parcel of land that forms the north slope of the Qu’Appelle Valley. In 1960, architect Clifford Wiens was asked to design a new studio, see pictures below.
